Airport pickup is included for destinations within metropolitan Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane (up to 25 km from the airport). For locations outside this radius (e.g., certain suburban campuses), a surcharge may apply. We will confirm the cost with you in advance.
A prepaid SIM card (minimum value AUD $30, valid for at least 28 days) will be activated and provided to you upon arrival. Depending on your transport arrangement, the SIM card will either be handed to you at the airport or placed at the reception of your accommodation for collection. The initial SIM card cost is included in your package. Any ongoing charges or top-ups beyond the initial 28-day period are the responsibility of the student.
